I’m a former college basketball player who currently competes professionally on the FIBA 3x3 World Tour. I went from unathletic and undersized to easily dunking and physically dominating the competition.
I’ve worked with a number of high profile athletes and organizations including Basketball Manitoba and North Pole Hoops.
I previously utilized a ton of heavy lifts and found my body was breaking down. I’ve created a training program that combated mobility issues by using the body's natural weight to rapidly improve mobility, strength and power.
After four seasons of junior football with the Winnipeg Rifles, I called it quits. I was sore, tired, and worried about how much more contact my body could handle. I since shifted focus to my career of being a firefighter and coaching football.
Only through methods of training in full ranges of motion and focusing on my own structural balance was I able to fix years of damage that had been caused by heavy lifts and contact sports.
