Training your neck will alleviate tension, stiffness and soreness while also protecting and mitigating the severity of concussions
Perform this routine anywhere from once weekly to daily depending on your needs.
Start by lightly mobilizing your neck, then strengthening the new ranges as well as strengthening and stabilizing your spine.
Neck CAR's - 10 reps
Neck Series - 10 reps per movement
Unilateral Carries and Shoulder Checks - 2 minutes
